Pamela Marshall Barrell

Pamela Marshall Barrell has always been passionate about art, and after owning an art gallery for 23 years, decided to explore painting. After completing a course with the Open College of Arts and attending workshops by prominent artists such as Richard Sorrell RWA and John Glover, she switched from working with pastels to watercolour, often overlaid with ink or pastel.

Pamela became a member of the SEAW at its inception and has also been a member of the Cambridge Drawing Society for around 15 years. Pamela’s work has been exhibited in Cambridge, Ely, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, and Wells. She has work in private collections and offices, such as the John Bradfield Centre in Cambridge.
