Friends of the SEAW

If you’re interested in participating in our events, or are a fan of the watercolour medium and would like an in-depth view of our artists’ processes, consider a Friends of the SEAW membership.

Please note, our Friends and Members must live in the counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk

For only £20 per annum, Friends have the following benefits:

  • The opportunity to have your work selected for exhibition in prestigious venues across East Anglia
  • The opportunity to become a Full Member if your work is selected for two SEAW Exhibitions
  • Join other Friends and Members at painting events in venues not normally available to the public
  • Join other Friends and Members for gallery and exhibition visits
  • The opportunity to attend painting and workshop days for Friends and Members
  • Participation in social events exclusive to Members and Friends
  • Receive newsletters for updates about our events, exhibition opportunities, group activities and future programme
  • Invitations to exhibition preview events

Membership

The society has a maximum of 70 full members. Membership is drawn from artists who either submit paintings to our selected exhibitions or from artists who initially join as Friends.
